ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – The jury has finished deliberations and a verdict has been reached in the death of Alex Mixon.
Iren Carter was found not guilty on all charges except one.
- Malice murder: Not guilty
- Felony murder: Not guilty
- Conspiracy to commit armed robbery: Not guilty
- Armed robbery: Not guilty
- Aggravated assault: Not guilty
- Possession of fire during the commission of a felony: Not guilty
- Forgery in the first degree: Guilty
The jury came to the exact same verdict for Mickee Carter.
- Malice murder: Not guilty
- Felony murder: Not guilty
- Conspiracy to commit armed robbery: Not guilty
- Armed robbery: Not guilty
- Aggravated assault: Not guilty
- Possession of fire during the commission of a felony: Not guilty

Both men were given a $5,000 bond.
